SUBSTANCE: magnetic semiconductor frequency tripler comprises in each phase of the three-phase network in series saturable core reactors and load coupled between Y-point of windings and zero conductor, at that windings of saturable core reactors and load are shunted by single-period fully-controllable keys, while shunting keys are coupled to the key shunting the load, at that control inputs of the keys are connected to the control unit. The single-period fully-controllable keys are based on thyristors with pick-off diodes, at that there are capacitors mounted between connection points shunting the thyristor windings with pick-off diodes and the thyristor with pick-off diode shunting the load.

EFFECT: improved power parameters.
