FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to device to provide for the phenomenon of selective transfer of copper from solid solution of copper alloy to steel and back transfer from steel to copper alloy at the lubrication of friction units in internal combustion engines and reduction gears. The device comprises a heat exchanger set outside and fitted by a magnetostrictor with high-Q inductance coil of the latter being connected to the electric circuit including a power supply source, an electronic curcuit breaker with a transistor, the magnetostrictor inductance coil is connected to the transistor emitter and plus terminal of the power supply source, the device is used in internal combustion engines, as well as the device with its lubrication system being fitted by the following units connected sequentially by branch pipes 17 via a drain hole 18 and a filling hole 19 in the body: an oil pump 20 fitted by electric drive, a heat exchanger 22 fitted by a magnetostrictor 23 with the high-Q inductace coil 24 of the latter being connected to the electric circuit including a power supply source 25, an electronic curcuit breaker 26 with a transistor, the magnetostrictor 23 inductance coil 24 is connected to the transistor emitter 27 and plus terminal of the power supply source 25, the device is used in reduction gears.
EFFECT: invention provides for higher efficiency of wearlessness phenomenon and increased life of friction pairs as well as lower noise level and oil consumption.
