FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICE lubing. Lubing of friction pairs comprises enrichment of oil with doping elements of nonferrous metal containing copper and zinc by corrosion dissolution of the tube oil washed surface and that of electrode of nonferrous metal. Said electrode is arranged in the pan bottom drain plug, isolated from the case and connected in electric circuit as the anode. Note here that said tube is arranged in channels of oil feed to valve timing gear and in the main line channel to communicate with the lines of oil feed to main bearings. Full-flow oil filter houses an extra electrode, an anode, isolated from the case connected along with the first electrode in the engine electric circuit via inverter generating pulses with amplitude of 300-500 V. Note here that extra electrode material contains tin and lead apart from said copper and zinc. Device for implementation of claimed process comprises brass tube and electrode of nonferrous metal arranged in crankcase drain plug and isolated from the case, both being built in lubing system. Said electrode is connected to the engine electric circuit to make the anode. Note that said brass tube is composed of two parts. The first one is fitted in the main line and has bores aligned with the channels of oil feed to main and crank bearings. Tube second part is fitted in channels of oil feed to valve timing gear. Extra electrode isolated from the case is arranged in full-flow oil filter connected along with the first electrode parallel with voltage inverter connected in the engine electric circuit. Said electrode consists of high Q inductor, transistor and electronic interrupter. High-frequency capacitor is connected parallel therewith via high-frequency diode. Note here that said extra electrode in full-flow oil filter is composed of tubular perforated carcass of paper filter made of combined material containing tin and lead apart from said copper and zinc.
