SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of changing a multi-user relationship chain on a network. The device includes: a transmitted information managing module configured to receive a listening notification signalling, obtain a unique identification number (UIN) of a new listener contained in the listening notification signalling, and send the UIN of the new listener to a relationship chain managing module; a relationship chain managing module configured to receive the UIN of the new listener sent by the transmitted information managing module, add said UIN to a listener list, and notify the relationship chain prompting module that the user has a new listener. The relationship chain prompting module creates a unique identifier to prompt the user that a new listener listens to the user. The user receives notification of changes in the multi-user relationship chain and the latest changes in the relationship chain.

EFFECT: faster communication between subscribers on a network.
