Technical result is achieved through the use of locomotivity of mobile stations for minimisation of the registration rate conducted by the mobile stations along with the paging area of mobile stations. When locomotivity of mobile stations is low, base stations reduces paging area of mobile stations to lower paging channel occupancy.
EFFECT: optimisation of registration and paging in the system of group communication.
