SUBSTANCE: light emitter unit comprises a substrate, a light emitter chip mounted on the substrate, wherein the ratio of the width of the chip to the width of the substrate is 0.35 or more, and a lens over the light emitter chip, wherein the ratio of the width of the chip to the width of the lens is 0.5 or more. The invention also discloses three more versions of light emitter units and the design of a light-emitting diode (LED) unit.
EFFECT: high light flux and luminous efficacy.
