FIELD: illumination.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of light radiation means and may be used in various light signalling devices, for instance semaphores. Light diode radiating device comprises at least one or several semiconductor radiators of light, single-colour or many-coloured radiation of optical range, holder of light radiator, heat conducting metallised substrate with connecting terminals, cover lens, one or several serially connected thermal Peltier elements, and at least one radiator. Light radiators are arranged in the area of heat absorption by thermal elements, and radiators - in the field of heat release by thermal elements, besides the latter are arranged in the form of rectangular trapezoid.
EFFECT: preservation of constant temperature of radiator p-n transition in a certain area of temperatures, and also increased power efficiency of device compared to existing analogs.
