Light radiators are arranged in the area of heat absorption by thermal elements, and radiators - in the field of heat release by thermal elements, besides the latter are arranged in the form of rectangular trapezoid.

EFFECT: preservation of constant temperature of radiator p-n transition in a certain area of temperatures, and also increased power efficiency of device compared to existing analogs.
