SUBSTANCE: method comprises collection and maintenance in simulated conditions of adult mollusks, stimulation of spawning, egg fertilisation, maintenance of developing eggs until the larvae swim out, selection and placement of larvae in separate containers and rearing of larvae in seawater. When the rearing of larvae from the stage of veliger to the stage of pediveliger, neomycin is added to the seawater in an amount of 30-50 mcmol/l.
EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency of rearing of larvae of marine bivalves in the dense culture by simultaneous increasing the survival rate of larvae and acceleration of the process of their development.
