SUBSTANCE: method involves determining for one hour capacity of commercially important kinds of sea invertebrates for acclimatization; determining minimum or maximum salinity value of sea water, to which grown individuals are to be acclimatized in prespawning state, before establishment of individuals in sea water; obtaining larvae with stable adaptivity for changing sea water salinity. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for obtaining larvae with stable adaptivity for changing sea water sality.
