FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles for transportation of loads and to wheelchairs for transportation of a disabled human being in stairs and on the flat surface. The vehicle comprises a strong frame. The vehicle is made with a hand mechanical or hydraulic or semi-automatic and/or automatic electric and hydraulic drives or only with electric drives. On the lower end of each wheel support there is a wheel crosspiece fixed as capable of rotation in the vertical longitudinal plane with three or four running wheels with the possibility of rotation of these crosspieces in the vertical plane, rotation of the running wheels in the vertical plane and rotation of these wheels in the horizontal plane as these supports rest against the flat surface or steps of stairs, escalators or other transport. On the transport there is a mechanical or an electronic steering system of wheels rotation and connection of blocking devices and contact sensors-feelers for contact with edges of stair steps and automatic regulators connected with these sensors for automatic connection of drives or automatic drives and blocking devices for correct direction of rotation of all crosspieces and running wheels or their stopping.

EFFECT: provides for increased stability of a vehicle.
