FIELD: cross-country vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the propulsion of cross-country vehicles. The wheel-caterpillar mover module contains wheel and caterpillar movers. On the shaft or the hollow axis of the wheel mover, the drive hollow shaft of the drive gear of the caterpillar mover and the hollow shaft for fastening to the frame of the vehicle with a flange are installed one on the other. The caterpillar mover is mounted on the drive gear shaft with the possibility of translational and rotational movements using grooves in the housing. Chassis with two modules of wheel-caterpillar propellers are fixed to the chassis frame on the left and right, while the wheel propellers of the modules are controlled by a gyro-stabilizing system. In one module, between the means for damping the caterpillar mover and the bracket or frame, a stabilizer for the horizontal position of the frame is installed, which interacts with the position sensor. Attached to the frame is a retractable means for preventing the chassis from tipping over and for lifting the frame.

EFFECT: improvement of constructive and operational qualities of the vehicle is achieved.
