FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to surface transport means for transportation of a person or weight along staircases or on smooth surface. Transport vehicle, mostly for transportation of a person along staircases, comprises armchair for placement of transported person or other device for placement of effective load, frame at least with one handle for control attendant, at least a pair of coaxial wheels, device that provides for smooth drop down from a step, mechanical brakes and device for transportation along staircase steps. Device for transportation along staircase steps includes interconnected source of autonomous power supply, drive and support levers, which are spaced along axis of wheels, are displaced from it in transverse directions within the limits of wheel radiuses and extend beyond external circumferences of wheels by their ends for interaction with steps. Support levers have the possibility of power turn and/or rotation in planes parallel to planes of wheels rotation, in direction of transport vehicle motion backing upwards. Drive of device for motion along staircase steps is arranged as reversible and has the possibility of power turn and/or rotation of support levers, additionally in direction of transport vehicle motion forwarding downwards. Device for provision of smooth descent from step is structurally and functionally combined with device for displacement along staircase steps and is structurally included into the latter in part of support levers, drive of their turn and additionally includes levers with support rollers on their free ends. Levers serve as gravitational detectors of wheels position on support steps relative to its edge, are hingedly installed aside-in front of wheels with the possibility of forced changeover from non-working fixed, outside stair flights, upper position into working, on stair flights, lower position with swinging of rollers on step near wheels and further break-off under action of at least its own force of gravity and hanging over lower-standing step. Mechanical brakes are arranged as automatic, i.e. with the possibility of automatic braking of wheels rotation at a distance from edge of step, sufficient for beginning of efficient operation of device for motion along stair steps in mode of descent from step.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to improved technical-operational and economical (consumer) characteristics of transport vehicle, mostly for motion of a person along staircases (mobile stair lift), due to smoother and more stable motion in stairs, compactness, reduced power inputs of assistant in specified mode and lower prime cost of product.
