FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution is based on forming a collapsible elastic envelope using a residual gas, said envelope being provided with cylindrical protrusions of different length which is a multiple of the wavelength in the wavelength range of the probing radar station. The protrusions are linked by one end to the inner volume of the envelope, and their other end is plugged and is the form of a hemisphere. In a collapsed state, the envelope is released from a launching apparatus mounted on spacecraft.
EFFECT: providing an optimum value of a reflected signal for effective identification of an object.
