FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: number of impeller blades is counted, number of guide vanes or nozzle block blades is counted, the suggested resonant frequencies of impeller oscillations are calculated in the working range of frequencies of turbomachine rotation. Then experimentally they detect resonant frequencies of impeller oscillations, values of suggested and experimentally detected resonant frequencies of oscillations are compared. By the comparison result they determine a quality component and/or a quantity component of the characteristic of the oscillating motion of the turbomachine element.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the process of unit-by-unit finishing of elements of turbomachine stages, namely, impellers, wheels of guide vanes and nozzle blocks, by means of finding the dependence of frequency and shape of oscillations on structural parameters of the investigated stage of the turbomachine.
