FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the analysis of fast processes in turbomachine impellers in the process of assembly-by-assembly adjustment of turbine impellers and compressors of gas turbine engines. Device provides a real-time analysis of dynamic processes in the turbo machine impellers using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm. Device comprises a turbomachine rotor speed sensor, a strain gauge located on the impeller blade, a pressure pulsation sensor located in the flowing part of the turbomachine, a sensor signal processing unit whose inputs are informatively connected to the outputs of the said sensors, a synchronization unit whose output is connected to the synchronization input of the sensor signal processing unit, and a processing result visualization block. Sensor signal processing unit includes two spectral analysis units that perform the FFT algorithm for the information received from the pressure pulsation sensor and the strain gauge.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the time of processing the data of strain gauging of turbomachine impellers in determining the sources of excitation of vibrations of impellers, determining their vibration modes.
