FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. A damping panel comprises the first (51) and the second (52) outer clamping plates connected to two sides of an inner clamping plate by a binder. At least two mounting bores are provided on the first and second outer clamping plates. Vibration absorbing units (3) are connected to the inner clamping plate and are set in the mounting bores made in the second outer clamping plate. A gap is provided between the vibration absorbing units and the second outer clamping plate in which a mount portion (2) for a steel rope (1) is set. The mount portions for a steel rope, vibration absorbing units and inner clamping plate are strongly coupled by fastening elements. The vibration absorbing units, the inner clamping plate and the second outer clamping plate are made from vibration absorbing materials. Hardness of the vibration absorbing units is greater than hardness of the second outer clamping plate.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of damping the vibrations of a tense steel rope.
