FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises section to feed continuous filter web, section to make a continuous closed tube of said web, section to fill the latter with extractable product arranged upstream of aforesaid sections and section to joint tube open end with said tube with shaping of top and bottom ends of first filter end next filter bag, respectively. Note here that said joint section is located downstream of said formed tube and joint section relative to vertical axis. besides there is the section to separate formed filter bag from the next one. Note also that said separation section is located downstream of joint section relative to vertical axis. Device comprises also the control and processing assembly with control and processing means to pull and to support filter bag lower end in its transfer along vertical axis between up position whereat they are located nearby forming and connection section to support lower end and down position whereat they are located far from said section to release lower end of filter bag. Note here that said support-and-control means can be timed with connection section. Filling section comprises pusher to force the product portion to displace it in both directions in vertical axis to fill in filter fag. Production of filter bags comprises continuous vertical formation of continuous bag of filter material from the web. Note also that said bag is packed in vertical axis as well as open top end of filter bag and top end of the next filter bag. Besides, this process includes forced feed of extractable product by pusher to filter bad bottom end in vertical axis and, at a time, controlled downward displacement of filter bag being formed with the help of said control-and-support means. Open end of the bag sealed, filter bag bottom end is fed from first said control-and-support means to second means. This is done for controlled readiness and return displacement of said control-and-support means to receive the next filter bag to be formed. Formed filter bag is separated from the next one. Here, separation is timed with controlled displacement of filter bag bottom end.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
