FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers and can be used in purifying flue gases or production of sulfuric acid. Proposed device represents a flat solid plate furnished with one or several ledges extending outward from the solid plate main body in the plane constricted by cross section of said main body. Invention covers also using said mixer for mixing fluid flows in pipe with cross section area notable exceeding that of the mixer. Note that proposed device is arranged across pipe main flow direction.
EFFECT: ruling put stagnant zones.
