SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a first channel which can be linked to one of at least two separate streams, and a second channel which can be linked to the other of the at least two separate streams. The apparatus additionally has a porous mixing element linked to each of the first and second channels, having a three-dimensional mesh structure which forms multiple twisting, through channels joined to each other. The mixer has physical characteristics which include at least one selected from average diameter of flow pores, thickness and porosity and lies high on the path from the feeding end of the third passage for mixing the stream of components of the combined stream of the fluid medium.
EFFECT: thorough mixture while preventing contamination or clogging of the nozzle of the feeder.
