FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to a method and device for non-contact recording of vital signs of a patient in a continuous mode in a lying down state. Device includes housing, controller and sensor. Housing is made in the form of a plastic mold and is placed near the patient's bed or is attached to it. Directly in the housing there is a controller, which includes two amplifiers for expansion of the dynamic range of the device in case of mechanical effects on the sensor and key. Also in the housing there is a signal recording device configured to connect to the cloud service when the power is switched on using a secure SSL connection and at the level of application protocol of data transfer in continuous mode to transmit to cloud application indicators of vital activity, such as pulse rate per minute, respiratory rate per minute, index of hemodynamic activity, index of motor activity, intervalogram. Sensor of the device is represented by a piezoelectric sensor of the EmfitR-Series family, is placed in a jacket and is connected to the amplifier by a coaxial cable. Cover is fixed in patient's bed under mattress in area of blades location. When the device is switched on, pulse rate per minute, respiratory rate per minute, hemodynamic activity index, motor activity index, intervalogram are measured. Measured data is obtained through a cloud service and the obtained vital signs are stored for a given amount of time. Patterns of vital signs are registered. Diagnosing the patient's health changes as a result of the therapy and correcting the therapeutic course.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring human vital activity indicators up to 97 %.
