SUBSTANCE: falloprotector of an elastic material comprises a distal portion with a soft end face and grooves, a proximal portion and a dish-shaped intermediate portion with a soft end face and grooves, the proximal portion and the dish-shaped intermediate portion having a cross-section smaller than the distal and proximal portions, and an annular magnet. The intermediate portion is encased in a flexible envelope filled with ferrofluid. The grooves are semicircular and arranged as a cylindrical spiral. The annular magnet has an inner cavity comprising the intermediate portions of the falloprostheses implanted within a single operation, and can be attached to the penis before coitus.

EFFECT: enhancement ensured by an optional routine position of the penis to be horizontally uplifted before coitus and kept in this position throughout the coitus.
