SUBSTANCE: neutrophil extracellular traps (NET) are counted in the remote period following the primary prosthetic replacement; if the NET count occurs within the range of four to seven per 100 neutrophils, the aseptic instability of endoprosthesis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: using the declared technique enables diagnosing the aseptic instability of major joint endoprosthesis effectively.
