METHOD OF CONVERSION OF DIRECTED PULSE ACTION OF INERTIAL FORCES INTO CONSECUTIVE STEP MOVEMENT OF LOADING DEVICE IN PRE-SET DIRECTION AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B62D57/02 B28B3/00 B30B11/14

Abstract RU 2539446 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for obtaining a pulse directed impact on a cargo vehicle and its step movement in a pre-set direction, in particular in the walking vibrating press mechanism for the fabrication of building blocks. The essence of the method consists in the use of the inertial force of the cargo vehicle itself acting in the direction of its movement as a result of the pulse influence of the power drive which is kinematically connected with the cargo vehicle. The device - a vibrating press with the walking mechanism for the fabrication of building blocks comprises a power frame on the traverse of which a drive for raising and lowering of a die and raising and lowering of a punch, a die and vibrators fixed on 4 shock-absorbers to jaws of the guides are mounted. The movement mechanism - the power stepping drive is a pusher on the vibrating press frame implemented as a power cylinder resting through a thrust shoe on the floor surface and fixed in the top part in the fastening hinged-swing assembly of the power cylinder. During the work the walking mechanism - the power stepping drive, displacing the vibrating press centre of gravity, forces it to move ("to fall") towards the shift of the centre of gravity forward, at this moment at the expense of front support wheels 11 of the vibrating press its movement forward to the distance of the pre-set step is performed.

EFFECT: improvement of the performance of the cargo vehicle with consecutive step movements in any direction.
