FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Shell is formed layer-by-layer from refractory, cover and binder materials. Mould layers are dried and pattern is cast. Said mould is fitted in flask to be filled with the mix of bearing filler and wood-coal carburizer. Said bearing filler and wood-coal carburizer and riser filling funnel are sealed on the side of their top levels by liquid glass or silica gel in the mix of dusty quartz sand at the 1:1.5-2 rate. Then, the mould is annealed. Riser filling funnel is sealed by barrel made of refractory material.
EFFECT: decreased quantity of surface flaws by 30-50%.
