FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used at production of semi-finished products containing a filler in a dough envelope. The line includes stamping drums, shaping assemblies of dough strips, a filler feeder pump, a bunker, conveyors, gear motors and a frame. The shaping assemblies of dough strips include a loading and dough mixing unit with two four-bladed rolls, the primary shaping unit of a dough strip with upper and lower groups of rolls, a conveyor for supply of the dough strip to the secondary dough rolling unit. The secondary dough rolling unit consists of four shaping and two diverting rolls providing separation of the primary dough strip into two secondary ones and their supply to the stamping drums with further manufacture of finished products. The secondary dough rolling unit is provided with an optic sensor for automated control of availability of the dough strip supplied to this unit.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow improving operating reliability of a line.
