SUBSTANCE: bioreactor comprises a sealed vertical cylindrical tank mounted on the supports, the loading and unloading pipes, a pipe for removing biogas. The tank is provided with a bottom in the form of a truncated cone, covered with heating tape, the tank itself is also wrapped with heating tape and provided with a dome having the shape of a truncated cone facing with the smaller base upwards. Inside the tank the mixing device is mounted, which is a three-tiered paddle mixer made in the form of steel plates of rectangular cross section fixed crosswise on a vertical shaft (10), equipped immovably by fixed blades (11) in the form of flat steel plates of rectangular section, mounted parallel to the shaft. The upper paddles (7) of the mixer are mounted perpendicular to the shaft axis, each paddle is provided with a blade mounted perpendicularly on it, directed downwards, and the middle and lower paddles of the mixer repeat the shape of the tank bottom, the blades of which are attached to the paddles, and directed upwards. The middle paddles (8) of the mixer have one blade each, and the lower paddles (9) - three or more blades located with a gap over the entire surface of the paddle.

EFFECT: increased productivity of the bioreactor and increase in the yield of biogas.
