FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a method and device for magnetic particle exposure and/or detection for monitoring of intracerebral or intracranial bleedings with magnetic particle imaging (MPI). A device for magnetic particle detection within the exposure and a bleeding monitoring comprising a generator unit for selection field signal and selection field coil for selection magnetic field generation, which possesses such spatial picture of its magnetic field intensity that to generate a first sub-area within the exposure, which has a lower magnetic field intensity, and a second sub-area, which possesses a higher magnetic field intensity; an excitation unit comprising generator units for excitation filed signal and excitation field coil for changing the position over a distance of two sub-areas so that magnetic substance magnetisation strength varies locally; a receptor containing at least one signal reception unit and at least one receiving coil for detection signal receiving. The device additionally comprises a signal processing unit for detection signal processing comprising a comparison unit for comparing the received detection signals with pre-received reference signals from the same exposure; the first increased blood volume localiser, a second blood pulsation pattern localiser within the increased blood volume and the third localiser configured to specify, which of the increased blood volume represent the bleeding areas on the basis of the specific pulsation pattern. A method for magnetic particle detection consists in using the detection device.
EFFECT: using the invention enables producing a small scanner, which can be portable by the patient all the time or presented occasionally for bleeding monitoring.
