SUBSTANCE: rotary actuating device (100) contains the housing (102), shaft (104), at least one piston (106) and at least one power spring with tight winding, joined with the shaft. The housing contains a cavity. The shaft (104) is locked inside the housing cavity and is designed with a possibility of rotary movement between the first and second positions. At least one piston (106) is locked inside the cavity and is connected to the shaft. The piston is designed with a possibility of sliding motion together with rotary motion of the shaft. At least one power spring (108) is located inside the housing and is joined with the shaft (104). The spring arranged in such a manner moves the shaft and at least one piston according to the preset ratio.
EFFECT: extended service life.
