FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery. Installation device contains: handle, rod part and case. Medical implant is fixed to case with possibility of removal. Drive part has first position, which corresponds to folded state of implant, and second position, which corresponds to unfolded state of implant. Protecting switch has activated and non-activated position and prevents bringing into action drive part, when it is in non-activated position. Cam gear contains cam, drive rod, drive rod finger, return cam spring, protecting displacing spring and additional drive, made with possibility to carry out unfolding and folding of medical implant. Cam turns on pillar and cam bush. Upper end of pillar has "T"-shaped configuration. Cam bush forms hollow internal part and pair of distant from each other, having mating form cam tracks, formed on opposite sides of cam bush. Cam tracks are made with possibility of transmitting rotation to drive rod via finger during reciprocating motion.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to fix implant to body tissue easily.
