FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: wheel consists of elements embedded therein and including the material with magnetocaloric effect that can be cooled by ambient air or solids of revolution. Vehicle body incorporates permanent magnets to be extended towards the wheel and solids of revolution, said permanent magnets being fitted inside said solids of revolution. At braking on icy road, solids of revolution with permanent magnets extend toward the wheel while elements of magnetocaloric material are heated to transfer heat to solids of revolution or to permanent magnets depending on what element not-heat-insulated contacts with the wheel.
EFFECT: higher wheel friction on ice-covered ground.
