SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises table to lay up sheets, clamp with its drive and regulator of table level relative to said clamp in compliance with laying-up process. New sheet element is laid up on sandwiched article clamed from above by said clamp. Clamp module ups said clamp above new sheet at clamp rotation in horizontal plane and displaces it downward to press said new sheet from above. Level adjustment module displace the table downward through the stroke corresponding to the depth of laid-up sheets of said sandwiched article.

EFFECT: sheets laying-up without warpage.
