SUBSTANCE: cooling liquid contains, wt %: product of boric acid condensation, diethanolamine, ethylcellosolve and oleinic acid with amine number not less than 42 mg HCl/g with molar ratio 1:2:(0.5-0.7):0.3 respectively 0.5-2.5, triethylphosphate 0.3-0.5, imidazole 0.5-0.7, ethylcellosolve 30.0-40.0, ethyleneglycol 30.0-40.0, water to 100.
EFFECT: increase of protective properties of cooling liquid with respect to rubber, black and nonferrous metals, as well as increase of its ecological safety.
