FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a mould press and a press mould. The first and the second working plates are functionally connected with the press for changing of their position with reference to each other for opening and close of the press mould, joined to working plates. The second working plate is joined with a possibility of rotation to the device. The first part of the press mould is joined to the first working plate of the mould press, and the second part of the press mould is joined to the second working plate of the mould press. The first part of the press mould also contains a cover, joined with a possibility of rotation to the device, and external ring, also joined with a possibility of rotation to the device. The rotary cover and external ring are located concentrically with reference to each other with a small clearance between them, which forms a slot for a casting. The cover is joined with a possibility of rotation independently from the external ring, and the casting slot is accessible outside of the device when the press mould is closed. The engine drive, functionally coupled with a part of the press mould to ensure rotation of a part of the press mould.
EFFECT: increase of productivity of the device for moulding of a tyre section.
