SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spokes for tubeless or hybrid automotive tires. Cross-section area of spoke axial end free edge is decreased compared to main body geometry. Invention discloses also the mould design that varies location and direction of potential burr and decreases other potential undepressings in case, for example, polyurethane is poured into mould recesses for spoke shaping.
EFFECT: lower probability of strain concentration, hence, longer life and higher fatigue strength.
