FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: ski with reverse sliding brakes contains a body with a sliding surface wherein indentations are made. The indentations act as reverse sliding brakes and are designed in the form of cutouts arranged in a net pattern where each cutout on the ski sliding surface is U-shaped or conic shaped and is oriented with the apex in the ski movement direction; the cutout walls are made skewed in terms of depth towards the cutout bottom; in the ski longitudinal section, the cutout is shaped as a triangle with the corner on the cutout apex side by far exceeding that on the side opposed to the apex.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to simplify the ski design so that to ensure an effect of reverse sliding braking due to original configuration of the sliding surface.
