FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: ski has carrier platform and sliding surface with guides having horizontal sliding plane. guides come from center of gravity to front and rear part of sliding surface at distance equal to 0.2-0.25 of ski length. Maximum height above sliding surface is 4-6 mm. Guides may be made rectangular, trapezium-shaped or sine-shaped. Guides may be offset from side faces toward axis of symmetry so as to define angle of 10-30 deg between horizontal part of guide and tangent between outer edge of side face and guide side. Carrier platform may be beveled toward side face. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 7 cl, 7 dwg
