FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hardware and may be used to lock and seal doors of railway cars, cargo containers, hatches of tanks, warehouses and stores. Flexible locking-sealing device comprises body, section of rope, through channel, locking mechanism and facility to fix free end of rope section. Body is closed with cover. Locking mechanism is located in body. One end of rope section is passive, the second one is free. Free end of rope section is fixed in body by locking mechanism to form working loop. Free end of rope section is provided with tip having conical lead-in part. Journal is provided on tip. Fixation facility is arranged in the form of spring fixator. As tip is pushed through, fixation facility interacts with journal to form non-working loop.
EFFECT: possibility is achieved to monitor integrity of rope section in zone of its exit from device frame.
