SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of locking and unlocking locks and other locking mechanisms using non-mechanical means. The method includes generating an ultrasonic encoded unlocking signal; transmitting the signal to the external side of a protection means, further through a transmitting medium which is a locking device and/or the protection means; transmitting the signal to a signal receiver located on the internal side of the protection means; decoding the signal in an electronic device and transmitting a command by the electronic device to the actuating mechanism for unlocking the protection means; the invention provides screening the ultrasonic encoded unlocking signal reflected from the protection means from the external side of the protection means.

EFFECT: preventing or significantly reducing the probability of malicious secret detection of an encoded unlocking signal.
