FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: frame of the device is supported from four wheels. Two rectangular tanks with cover plates for lubricating oil are arranged on the frame parallel to rails. On the rear wall of each tank, in its lower part there are outlet tubes with diameter of 8-10 mm, which are equipped with valves and hoses, which are connected to brackets representing a structure of tightly connected hollow tubes. One of the above tubes is located parallel to the rail running surface, and two other tubes envelope the rail, have an arc-like shape, different dimensions both as to opening and height of the arc. U-shaped clamps, on which four foam rollers (two for each arc-like tube) are fixed, are welded to ends of each arc-like tube. Two of four rollers are located on the outer side, and two other rollers are located on the inner side of the rail. Holes for supply of lubricating oil onto rollers are drilled in heads of U-shaped clamps. The upper part of the brackets is supported from the flanges welded to the rear transverse side of the frame and the lower wall of which is installed at an angle of 19-21 degrees to the rail running surface. In side walls of the flanges there rigidly fixed are axes on which bushings with brackets welded to them are placed. On the frame there are slots for fixation of the brackets in a non-working state, handles for installation and removal of the device into and from rails and its movement along rails.
EFFECT: simpler maintenance of the device; reducing lubrication time; no need for closing of a train movement track.
