FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: diastasis symphysis pubis is diagnosed by ultrasonography in the pregnant women in the II and III trimesters of pregnancy; total blood serum magnesium, mmole/l and 24-hour urinary calcium, mmole/day are measured; the complaints of pubic symphysis and lumbosacral pain, paresthesias, jactations and calf contractures, tenderness on pubic and/or lumbosacral palpation are detected; the certain values of the above parameters show mild, moderate and severe degrees of symphysiopathy.
EFFECT: using the declared method enables the accurate and effective assessment of the degree of severity of symphysiopathy in the pregnant woman in the II and III trimesters.
