FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, to predict the development of pre-eclampsia at early stage of pregnancy at a period of 11–14 weeks, collection of anamnestic data. Perform hematological blood test. Biochemical blood test, immunological examination, evaluation of utero-placental hemodynamics using Doppler velocimetry method in the uterine arteries are carried out. Statistical processing of data is carried out with the development of a mathematical model for prediction of pre-eclampsia with obtaining the limiting values of the forecast coefficient.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency and availability of early prediction of preeclampsia, especially its severe form.
