SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wind-driven or hydro-electric power plant for electric energy generation. A wind-driven or hydro-electric power plant includes at least one propeller and at least one generator that includes at least one rotor, at least one stator and at least one magnetic circuit for creation of a magnetic flux. At least one magnetic circuit includes at least one stator magnet and at least one stator coil through which at least some part of the magnetic flux of the above magnet flows. Magnetic resistance of the rotor on its surface facing to the stator depends on a rotor turning angle so that a magnetic flux value in at least one stator coil depends on the rotor turning angle and changes at its rotation.

EFFECT: creation of a plant generating high electrical power and having a simple design.
