FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: scrubber packed bed containing casing with branch pipes for dust and cleaned gas, sprayer, support grids, between them the packed bed is installed, and sludge drainage device with difference that packed bed element is made in form of at least three coaxially installed hemispheric surfaces connected with each other with clearance by means of fastening element via axisymmetric spacing elements made in form of rings or cylindrical coil springs, and the hemispheric surfaces of the packed bed are made perforated.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation due to more extended surface of a packed bed.
