FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust separation and may be used in chemical, textile, light industries, etc, for dusty gas cleaning. Scrubber comprises case with dusty and cleaned gas branch pipes, sprinkler made up of manifold with nozzles, bottom distributing plate and top limiting plate with filler material arranged there between, liquid trap and slime discharge device. Plates and filler material are made from flexible materials. Vibrator is arranged on top and bottom plates. Every nozzle comprises axially symmetric case wit its axis perpendicular to manifold tube opening axis. Straightening element with central sleeve is arranged in nozzle on manifold tube flow opening side. Radial vanes are rigidly jointed with sleeve. Nozzle case has two ledges opposed perpendicular to nozzle axis to allows fastening to manifold by locks. Nozzle case bottom has taper throttle orifice communicated with mixing chamber arranged between throttle orifice and mixing chamber. Mixing chamber inner surface has screw-like grooves.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation.
