FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to removal of dirt from cavities of various parts. In compliance with this process, volatile solvents are to clean part cavities at working pressure. It comprises cleaning and ultrasound processing, ultrasound washing bath 1 with part 2 being placed in sealed chamber 4 wherefrom atmospheric air is evacuated. Bath 1 is filled with solvent to perform cleaning. Thereafter, solvent is drained, vapours are recuperated to fill atmospheric air in said chamber and to withdraw the part therefrom. This process can be realised at solvent temperature kept lower than sealed chamber body temperature and at pressure developed by feed of dry cleaned gas in sealed chamber 4. Process intensity can be increased by activation of fluid at forcing said solvent through said bath and swinging of said bath at removal of dirt.
EFFECT: higher fire safety and efficiency of ultrasound cleaning.
