FIELD: cleaning in presence of liquid or steam.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises section for cleaning in the solution of washing means, section for washing to remove the solution of washing means, and section for rinsing and drying. Each section is composed of bath filled with the washing solution and unit for rotation of filtering members and unit for preparing washing solution that has the tank provided with the heaters and pickups for measuring level and temperature of the washing solution whose inlet is connected with the tank through the filter and whose outlet is connected with the bath through the check valve. The cleaning and washing sections comprise N and K ultrasonic generators, respectively. Each ultrasonic generator has unit for start, power amplifier, unit for protecting against overloading, unit for self-correcting of frequency, and ultrasonic converter mounted on the emitting diaphragm provided with the emitting and back linings. The piezoelectric members are interposed between linings. The output of the converter made of the working surface of the emitting lining is connected with the emitting diaphragm. The drying section has fan, heater, and drying chamber with the gauge for measuring the temperature of the heated air. The fan is connected with the drying chamber through the heater. Between the cleaning and washing sections is the member for monitoring the pressure-tightness of filtering members composed of the bath filled with the washing solution and unit for rotation of filtering members and check valve connected with the compressed gas supply system through the head meter and pressure regulator. The outlet of the unit for recirculation of the washing solution in the cleaning and washing sections is connected with the compressed air supply system through the air valve.
