FIELD: physics; control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and can be used in control systems for scalar objects whose parameters are unknown constants or slowly time-varying quantities. The system comprises a control object, a state variable observer, delay units, coefficient setting units, adders, multipliers, integrators and a stimulus unit. The object is presumed to possess known control and state delays and has a relative order of the transfer function equal to n.
EFFECT: ensuring good quality of operation in case of presence of an object with a relative order of the transfer function equal to n, control and state delays provided there is no information on the vector of state variables.
