SUBSTANCE: invention described a method for assessing a disturbed embryo impregnation into the uterine lining during the first weeks of pregnancy accompanying aggravated cytomegalovirus infection, characterised by measuring a cytomegalovirus antibody titre, an 5β-pregnen-3,20-dion-dehydrogenase activity by histochemical method, as well as progesterone; if the cytomegalovirus antibody titre is 1:1600; the 5β-pregnen-3,20-dion-dehydrogenase activity is suppressed to 47.6±0.25 standard units; the progesterone concentration is reduced to 90.5±2.0 nmole/l, the disturbed embryo impregnation into the uterine lining is stated.
EFFECT: higher assessment accuracy.
