FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: burner includes a pipeline with a central hole and multiple side holes in its outlet part, from the body of the pipeline and a removable head piece, and an insert with a central channel, which is located almost coaxially in the pipeline and separates an annular channel in the pipeline. The burner has a possibility of adjustable supply of liquid or gaseous fuel to the central channel and gas to the annular channel. Along an outer edge of the insert face there are at least four through-type scattering holes, and additionally, the burner includes a combined two-component atomiser including the first vortex chamber for fuel of the central channel and the second vortex chamber for gas of the annular channel, which are restricted with the insert face, the first and the second swirlers and the head piece face. The chambers are intended for swirling of central and annular flows in one direction. The chambers are located almost coaxially to the burner ducts; inlets of the chambers are atomiser inlets, and outlets of both chambers adjoin the central hole of the pipeline and form the atomiser outlet.
