FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic introscopy device consists of in-series connected time-pulse generator and linear-frequency-modulated vibration generator, ultrasonic lens placed together with a flat object being inspected and ultrasonic receiving device in immersion medium; at that, focus of ultrasonic lens is arranged in inhomogeneity plane of flat object mechanically connected with two-axis scanning device connected with the computer linked with a display; at that, output of linear-frequency-modulated vibration generator is connected with a tapped delay line with n outputs the delays between which are spaced evenly or as per pseudorandom code, and which are connected via n channel amplifiers to n ultrasonic transducers combined in a flat matrix the ultrasonic vibrations of which are supplied to ultrasonic lens collinear to its optical axis, and scattered ultrasonic vibrations passing through the inspected flat object enter the input of ultrasonic receiving device the output whereof is connected with video input of computer the control input whereof is connected to the second output of time-pulse generator.
EFFECT: simplifying the device design.
